Conference guests will receive a discounted registration rate if they book their accommodation at the DoubleTree Magnificent Mile.
- Rooms for conference dates June 30 – July 3, 2020 are available at the negotiated rate of $135.00+tax, per night.
- Must book accommodation by May 31, 2020 to access the negotiated rate.
- A limited number of additional rooms is also available at the $135.00 rate, for the extended dates of June 27 – 30 and July 3-6. Once all of these additional rooms are booked, reservation for any extended dates, will be charged the standard hotel rate.
